We have offered highly advanced consultancy for many years, with Google, Arrowgrass Capital, Santander, Curve and Standard Chartered among our recent clients. Joined recently by Ana Bobas as office manager, we are now dedicated to providing advanced solutions that lie on the interface between AI and psychology with the aim of developing a unique source of tools to help identify customers who need special care from lenders. We are hiring (applied behavioural and cognitive psychology, machine learning and AI with a bias towards NLP and voice analysis).
We are surveying a very large literature and published our early results in August 2023. As we said above, we are seeking the most able cognitive and behavioural psychologists and AI experts, with a bias towards NLP and voice analysis.
We will develop AI solutions that can be accessed by all lenders via APIs. Our solutions will analyse natural language and financial data to provide indicators of potentially vulnerable customers and those in otherwise anxious states that require special care. We will also complement traditional creditworthness analysis with conscientiousness measures. We will be orthogonal to traditional creditworthiness and affordability analyis - our solutions will not analyse open banking data to spot impending financial distress, rather analyse interactions prior to this manifestation. We will also develop tools for consumers - an advocate bot that will allow customers to talk freely about potential difficulties, and a monitor for problem borrowing.
