We are putting together a highly interdisciplinary team to complement the work of credit referencing, creditworthiness and affordability assessment by doing deep research into the psychological bases of: problem, compulsive borrowing; of the effect of vulnerable situations and the optimal approaches to handling difficult, anxiety ridden situations of overindebtedness. We are developing practical tools to identify and manage these difficult situations at scale. These tools use the AI of natural language undestanding and processing.
